• Online Conversion and upload of GSAXcess online User’s Guide 1.0 & 1.1.
• Development and production of Online User’s Guide, Software Development Document (SDD), System Requirement Specification (SRS), Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) and Programmer’s Manuals for FMS (Fleet Management System) Version 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 2.0.  GSA (U.S General Services Administration) uses FMS.  FMS is an asset management tool used to track the life cycle of approximately 190,000 active and 100,000 inactive vehicles from the moment of acquisition through vehicle disposition.  FMS records, and maintains customer and vendor data, vehicle maintenance and repair history, accident data, and electronically interfaces with various financial subsystems.
