My name is Jame Nuyen. I am of Vietnamese descnt. I am a 25 year-old Property Manager in the District of Columbia. I love what I do for work. I was first introduced to this line of work by my father. It is a sort of a family business. I have been in the process of taking the company for the past four years. I am currently enrolled in classes at Northern Virginia Community College and is pursuing a degree in Information Technology. In the future I plan to transfer into George Mason University to obtain a Bachelors in the degree.

Many wonder why my last name "Nuyen" is spelled differnetly from the more commonly known, "Nguyen". To explain this, my father took out the letter "G" in our last name so that it would be more easily pronounced by others. Therefore, my last name is quite uncommon in the way it is spelled. However, in Vietnam, it is the same last name as alll the others.

I moved to Virginia three years ago from the bordering state of Maryland, where I had lived my entire life. I enjoy living here and I can see myself here for quite some time.
