This Flash movie was made in a 750 x 100 size at 9 FPS. The first step was to change the background color from white to a light yellow. Next with texting tool, I typed the "This is Reza's Banner" in 3 different frames. Then, with Oval tool, I draw several balls like a basketball that s throwing to the basket.last, I typed the Welcome frame which moving to the left and right in different frames.The looping affect was turned off using the publishing settings found in DW.
