Christmas Crafts
Ornaments, gifts, decorations...during Christmas time, we spend a lot of time making things to give away or decorate our homes. Here are some of our favorite crafts that can be shared with any member of the family.
Beaded Candy Canes are
one of my daughter's favorite crafts. It is simple enough for almost any child.
It's also one that requires little supervision. These
are
cute for decorating trees and for giving to teachers or friends as gifts.
Beaded Candy Canes
red and white beads
pipecleaner
Twist one end of the pipecleaner to keep the beads from falling off. String beads in various designs until the pipecleaner is almost full. Twist other end and then bend over to form candy cane.
This is another easy project for the
kids at Christmas time. You can even cut the pieces
out
ahead of time and then all they have to do is glue the stocking together. The
two stocking pieces don't have to be joined either. You can also make them in
various sizes. These can be used to hold candy or just as decoration for the
tree or the house.
