Site Plan

  

This Web site will contain four areas. The first is a personal area which includes my biography and resume. The next area is a classwork area with a site plan, site outline, storyboard, style manual, and credits. The last two areas of the Web site are free choice areas: Christmas and Barbie dolls.

 
The  Barbie Area will include my webliography. It will be divided into three sections: Collecting, History, and Shopping. The Collecting section gives information on collecting dolls. The History section will give background information on how Barbie came to be. The Shopping section will give tips for shopping for Barbies.

 
The second free choice area will deal with Christmas. It will contain four sections: Recipes, Crafts, Traditions, and Music. The Recipe section will include some of my family's favorite recipes for cookies.  It will also include links to other recipe sites. The Crafts section will have  instructions for easy, kids crafts as well as links to other crafts sites. The Tradition section will list some of my family's traditions and links to sites for learning more traditions from around the world. The Music section will have midi files to some of my favorite Christmas songs. 

 

The theme of the site will be winter. I will use snowflake backgrounds and red Christmas candles as guides through the site. I was always told that before electricity people put candles in their windows to guide family and friends to their home during the night or during storms. That is why I chose candles.
