This banner was created...

• I created the document to a size of 750 X 100 pixels wide and created 14 frames.
• I chose the background color to a black and using the Modify => Document properties.
• I used brush tool to draw the "welcome" letter.
• I used F6 function to copy the data inserted to a new frame
• Also changed the font colors the banner at the end
